Really great experience! From the initial call to closing day Zach (and Alyssa) exceeded amazing. Working from a distance and video calls, to meeting potential contractors for quotes, to getting information about this paint and that item in the house they covered it all. Never did we feel like it was a transaction or just a way for the next sale to happen but a true search for what we were looking for with our best interests in mind. I originally met Zach at an event in town. We discussed investment properties and opportunities, locally in Knoxville, as well as in South Carolina. Zach went out of his way to put myself and my father-in-law in contact with a realtor in South Carolina. We setup showings with that realtor in SC , but Zach followed up, throughout the whole process, to make sure that we were satisfied with that realtors services. He went an extra mile, in a situation that would not benefit him directly. Fast forward to almost a year later, my wife and I unexpectedly found a house that checked all of our boxes, with a new baby on the way. We needed to sell our house fast, as the purchase of the new home was contingent on us selling or old home. We chose Zach to represent us on both the sale and purchase. I've used Zach for most of transactions from buying my first home, to my first rental property and then selling it. Zach also sells new construction homes I build.
